The clothes I ordered don’t fit, may I exchange or return?

Absolutely! 

Returns

If for any reason, you don’t absolutely LOVE your purchase, you have 14 days from receipt to return for a store credit. All items must be unworn, unwashed and have original tags attached. Please email us at rockdotkids@gmail.com with your name and order number for return shipping instructions. Once your return is processed, we will email you a store credit code to be used on your next purchase.

***Please note that all SALE items are final and cannot be returned.

Exchanges

We will always do our best to exchange any item. If you need to exchange an item within 14 days of purchase, let us know ASAP and if we have what you need in stock, we are happy to make the exchange. Please email rockdotkids@gmail.com.

***Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost on returns and exchanges. When shipping back to Rock Dot Kids we recommend adding tracking to your shipment to ensure receipt.

Damaged/Defective Items

Please inspect your order immediately once received. If you find anything to be damaged or defective, please email us within 3 days to be eligible for a full return or store credit. Please note that all original tags need to be attached to the item. Email rockdotkids@gmail.com with photos, name, and order number with damaged in the subject line. Once we have inspected the item we will issue a full refund or store credit.

 

Shipping

We cannot be responsible for missing or stolen packages. We track all of our shipments and provide tracking once your order ships via email.  Please select upgraded shipping at checkout if you would like to insure your package. If a package shows as undelivered or goes missing we can file a USPS claim for you on your behalf, but cannot guarantee a refund.

 

You are out of the size that I need, will you be restocking it?

Sadly, probably not.  We try to bring new styles to you, our customer, all the time.  in doing so we do not often restock our pieces.  We often sell out of items quickly and are just as bummed as you that you might have missed out!  To stay on top of New Arrivals we recommend you follow us on Instagram or our Facebook page to stay informed.  

  

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Currently we do not.  This is something we are looking into, but for now we offer shipping to all of the US.  If you want to upgrade the speed of your shipping you can do so at check out!  Also if you live in Erie, CO we do FREE local drop off within 2 days of purchase.
